Listening first. Serving with integrity. Working for every Seneca family—wherever they call home.

Meet Dave Santana
Nya Sgeno, my name is David P. Santana Sr. Agátaö. I live on the Cattaraugus Territory in Bucktown and am the father of four enrolled Senecas. My mother is Susan Memmo, and my grandmother was the late Geraldine Memmo (Jimerson). My family has proudly supported the Seneca Party for generations.
Over more than two decades of professional service, I have built experience in leadership, budgeting, communication, team development, and responsible decision-making. I am running because our people deserve a councilor who is accessible, prepared, accountable, and willing to carry their voices into every decision.
“Together as a Nation, I will protect our Constitution, defend our rights, and bring honor and dignity to the office. The people want someone to carry their voice. I will be that person.”
A platform for a stronger Nation
My platform is grounded in transparency, wellness, sovereignty, and practical service for every Seneca family—on territory and off territory.
Regular public reporting on Council actions, budgets, major negotiations, and meaningful opportunities for community input before key decisions.
Improved access to medical, dental, vision, mental-health, prevention, treatment, recovery, and culturally grounded healing services.
Strong government-to-government relationships and forceful protection of our Constitution, treaty rights, and long-term self-determination.
Support for education, elder care, youth wellness, mentorship, safe communities, and services that help families thrive.
Clear reporting of tribal expenditures, careful oversight, and investments that strengthen essential health and community services.
Accessible leadership and fair connection to Nation services for enrolled Senecas, whether they live on territory or elsewhere.
